As a General Building Contractor, we were successfully engaged in numerous major high-rise projects in the western United States. My responsibilities included the development, and administration of the Corporate Personnel, Training, Medical, Safety, Security, and Insurance Programs. As a direct result of these programs, the company enjoyed a very substantial reduction in overhead cost.

Responsibilities included the administration of the Safety, Medical, Insurance, Labor Relations, Training, and Security Programs for three plants employing 3,800 full-time employees. My department consisted of 12 full-time and 4 part-time staff members in two states.
SAFETY/MEDICAL SUPERVISOR - STEARNS ROGER, INC. (Denver) 1979 - 1980
As a Safety Supervisor and Paramedic, I was responsible for two major construction projects with approximately 1700 employees. I supervised all safety engineers, insurance and medical personnel on all shifts to attain maximum efficiency, coverage and substantially reduced anticipated overhead costs.
OSHA COMPLIANCE OFFICER – DIVISION of LABOR (Denver) 1974 – 1978
Duties included inspections, and accident investigations of General Industry, and Construction.
