Achievements:
• Managed resources (employees, equipment, and monetary assets) to achieve simultaneous compliance and accreditation with two regulatory agencies (Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality – LDEQ, and TCEQ, and one client (ExxonMobil)) governing Entech’s accreditation.  Accreditation obtained.  Details of required items include document control, standard operating procedures  (SOPs - field, analytical, and procedural), statistical analysis of sample evaluation results, and new procedural SOPs such as labware cleaning, SOP writing.  Interacted with auditors to hasten achievement of compliance.
