CAREER PROFILE                                                                                                                       
Registered Nurse 43 years, Occupational Health Nurse 20 years, COHN 7 years. I have had experience in several areas of nursing and business. I owned my own real estate business at one time and had ten agents that worked for me. Case management, surgery, med/surg., and occupational health have been the areas where I have worked for many years in medicine. I am able adapt very quickly to new environments and work situations, enjoy new challenges and work well as a team player. My assessment skills are excellent and I am adapt at the computer being knowledgable in Excell, Word, multimedia, music, and slide presentations. My Employee wellness program knowledge is extensive  and I am always interested in future developments in nursing, case management and the medical field in general. EXPERIENCE                                                                                                                     
June 2005 to present:  I am currently working prn at Dell Computer Corporation for Comprehensive Health Services as an occupational health nurse/case manager in Dell’s Employee Health Program. In October and November of 2008 three of us were sent to Gentry, AR and Stuart’s Draft, VA by CHS to do a Bio Screening for a private industry. It was a very successful endeavor and I am anticipating that I will be part of the team that will go to other Bio Screenings as part of the CHS team in the spring of 2009. 

May 16, 2005 to November 22, 2005. I worked at the 3 M at the Plant Site on Research Blvd., Austin, Texas 78759. Duty days were Tuesdays and Thursdays plus prn.
At this position I did a great deal of case management for FMLA/STD/LTD using 3 M’s computer programs such as Lotus 1 2 3, JURIS, and WARE for workers’ compensation cases.
One on one patient care, health screenings and wellness program participation and teaching.
3 M needed a full time nurse, and even though I was offered that position, I have decided to work prn at this time. 
    
January 24, 2000 to April 22, 2002- As the Nurse Manager from 2000 to 20002 I supervised the Occupational Health Nurses for Concentra Health Services stationed at Dell Inc.
